Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password and authentication tokens secure. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for the security of those accounts.

2. Not financial advice

GRLD provides pricing data, market analytics, and AI-generated commentary to help you understand the trading card market. Nothing on GRLD is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past prices do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your buy, sell, and grading decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

3. Accuracy of data

We source pricing, population, and sales data from third parties and from publicly available marketplaces. While we make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee it is error-free, complete, or current. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Services without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
• Resell or redistribute GRLD data without a commercial license.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place excessive load on our systems.
• Use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Use the Services in violation of applicable law.

5. Paid plans and subscriptions

Paid GRLD Pro plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access to Pro features continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Pricing and plan features may change; we will give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase applies to your subscription.

6. Intellectual property

GRLD and all related logos, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Pokémon card names, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only. GRLD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or PSA.

7. User content

You retain ownership of any content you contribute (notes, portfolio entries, display names, avatars). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if doing so is necessary to protect the Services or other users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRLD'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
